I manage a large hotel for Marriott in Sacramento. I was called Mike on the recommendation of AquaStar Pool Products to help us with a drain issue we were having. Mike returned my inquiry immediately and set up an appointment to see me the next afternoon. He was very professional and I with in the first few minutes of talking with him about our issue I felt confident that I was working with the right person. He was very honest, up front about the cost of the repair, explained the scope of the work, and completed everything sooner than expected. On top of all that Mike then went above and beyond to show me some pool tips to help us keep our pool cleaner and clearer. Mike is easy to work with and his rates are excellent. I highly recommend Mike the Pool Man and will continue to use him when ever any of my hotels have the need.
