The refrigerator gods have smiled upon me! Picking Folsom Lake Appliance happened only because of the name, and the fact that whenever possible, I like to keep my business local. When I first called, I was told the soonest appointment would be tomorrow, but after hearing my tale of woe. the very nice gentleman agreed to try to work me in today. Within 30 minutes of calling, a repairman was at my front door! He went right to work, and within 10 minutes, had diagnosed the problem. Because they carry many parts with them, he had the parts needed with him, and was able to repair it in record time. I asked for several cards. I will most certainly recommend this company and especially, Sergio Navarro. He was competent, professional, and fast!

My refrigerator was leaking and this company had the fastest response time. The repairman came on time with the parts necessary to complete the repair. He was knowledgeable and helpful. Very pleased with the service.

Fridge went out on Sat. Called Mon 9am. Appt. made for noon-4pm. Got call @ 2:45. Scott arrived soon after & fridge was diagnosed & back up soon after. Price was reasonable. Thanks for the $20 coupon! If there are any more problems, I will call you guys first!
