 Welcome to Four Corners online! Four Corners Custom Framing & Gifts is owned and operated by sisters-in-law, Connie McElhany and Andi Adkins-Pogue. We have been in the Folsom Pavilions shopping center for more than 7 years and we are truly passionate about custom picture framing. Whether you’re trying to update a treasured picture, preserve your childhood recital outfit, or framing your first original piece of artwork, Four Corners is the place to take it. Together, we have more than 20 years of experience in the framing industry. Take one step into our shop and you’ll know your framed piece is going to look amazing. We have an incredible selection of moulding from simple black to ornate gold leaf. We can help you design a framing package that will not only enhance your artwork, but also make it a conversation piece for years to come.
Custom Picture Framing:
Four Corners Custom Framing & Gifts specializes in Conservation Framing, Needlwork, and Shadow Boxes. Do you have a treasured object that you would love to have on display while being protected at the same time? We can frame just about anything. Some of our favorite projects include framing an antique “Howdy Doody” marionette, a sword and sheath, a woman’s childhood recital outfit along with a picture of her performance, and a set of billiard balls.
It's important to stress that everything we do is "conservation" framing. That means all of our matboard is acid-free. Paper mats are acidic and can actually damage your artwork, yellowing it over time. If it is an original piece, we will take care to use acid-free mounting techniques as well as matting. We even have special "museum-quality" glass to protect your piece from harmful UV rays. Please remember that "custom" framing means we do all of the work ourselves. We order the moulding and actually route, cut the mats, and put the entire piece together. A typical job will take about two weeks to complete and all work is done in our store.
