Fitness - What do you want to accomplish today? Let us help you get there. At Broadstone Racquet Club you will find the best in virtually every type of advanced weight-training, free weights and cardiovascular equipment. Come see our 7,600 sq. ft. of fitness space and our more than 60 pieces of cardiovascular equipment. Enjoy a cycle class on our Lemond cycles or work out with one of our ten highly trained fitness trainers.
Begin your membership experience with our Fitness First Program which includes an informative small group orientation, three individual complimentary workouts with a fitness instructor, complete instruction on how to reach your fitness goals, and nutrition and weight management counseling. You can begin today!
Group Exercise - Enjoy one of the many group exercise classes offered daily. The large variety of classes offers a range of cross training for each individual at your own fitness level. Some of the classes offered our: cycle, yoga, pilates, step, cardio dance, sweatshop, power pump, straight sculpt, aqua plunge, abs and stability, kickboxing and kids fitness classes. Children's Facility/Programs - Family is what truly defines who we are at Broadstone. No other Sacramento area club can boast the number, variety, and quality of children's events, activities, and instructional programs that we offer. Children literally grow up at our club, and have been doing so for years.
| | Play Center - We have a colorful and friendly environment for our children ages 6 weeks through 6 years. Our infants receive special attention in a safe and cozy infant center. Our toddlers on up through 6 years old have many centers to entertain them including an outdoor play area. We offer daily activities ranging from tumbling, karate, musical chairs, arts and crafts, face painting, finger painter, fitness class and more.
Kids Club - Broadstone Kids Club will make you wish you were a kid again. This area is loaded with ping pong, pool tables, air hockey, foose ball, basketball games, theatre movie seating, arts and crafts center, computer room, several Play Station II systems and junior locker rooms. In addition, we offer a daily list of activities for the kids. All activities are included in membership so there is no additional cost to you. Swimming - With our two 25 yard heated pools you can swim all year. One pool is dedicated for lap swimming and has 8 large lanes for you enjoyment. Join the Master Swim program and see your swim endurance increase dramatically. We offer many swim and stroke clinics as well as swim lessons. You may have heard of the Baracudas, our swim team. We compete in a competitive league and have approximately swimmers on the team. Our second pool is primarily a recreation pool. You and your family can enjoy a day of relaxation poolside. Our swim season runs all year so come over for a swim today.
Tennis - Tennis anyone? We have 22 lighted tennis courts, nine tennis pros on staff and an endless number of programs to participate in. Whether you want to play tennis with a friend or join a league Broadstone has it all. Our tennis programs starts for kids ages 3 years and up. You are never too young or too old to learn the game. Join in on the free tennis clinics offered monthly, come to the weekly free drop-ins for all levels, join the tennis challenge ladder or take a lesson. Basketball - We have a gorgeous full court basketball gym with six hoops and electronic score- board. You can play during open gym, play full court pick up games, join a league, sign the kids up for the youth clinics (ages 5 and up) or just shoot hoops with your kids. We also offer basketball instruction for those wanting to improve their skills.
Volleyball - There aren't many places to play volleyball so check out our programs. We have a full court with weekly adult drop-ins, open gym, free clinics, leagues, youth clinics and lessons. There is also a grass court behind the swimming pools and next to the bar-b-queing area. Make it a volleyball party!
Social events - We aren't just a fitness club! Broadstone offers a range of social programs for you to enjoy. In addition to the many social programs offered in each department (tennis, racquetball, squash, swimming, etc.) we also have a Member Appreciation Day party, Ice Cream Social, Adult Holiday Party, Open House, Free guest days to name a few. If you are new to the area this is a great place to make new friends quickly. If you've lived here for awhile then you already know several members so come down and join them.
Racquetball/ Squash - We have two racquetball and two squash courts. There is no better way to work off some stress after a long day at the office. Join in on the challenge ladders, pizza shootout, leagues, tournaments or just reserve a court and have fun.
Business Memberships - We offer substantial business discounts to many business in the local area.
