Real Community Feel "It's so nice to have great neighbors. The pool is so much fun on weekends and the people who live here are very nice. Fells like home. Also the staff is great, my maintenance requests are taken care of promptly and I am always greeted with a smile when I go into the office! Highly recommended!"

corporate hell "Apartments owned by large corporations who don't care about people or about the community. One goal: suck as much money out of people as you can. So despite a drop in housing prices, your rent goes up. Their hope: that it will be way too much trouble to move out, so you will suck it up and pay the extra money. They have amenities, but not enough for the number of apartments (i.e. world's smallest gym, one hot tub, one tennis court). The mailboxes are regularly broken into, but there are no security cameras. What do they care? The place is owned by a machine somewhere in hell."

Caution "This property has the same owners and management as The Legends at Willow Creek. They can be difficult to work with. I have a friend who lived at The Falls and he was very unhappy with them. I personally have had many problems as well. Read the fine print on your lease."

Not Happy with maintanence "I have recently moved here and find that apartment maintanence is very poor. Any maintanence request I had made has not been resolved."

Nice apartments "The office staff is great. They are all very helpful and nice. The apartment and the grounds are very nice. My only complaint is noise from teenagers in the evenings."

Nice Setting "I just moved here in May and I have truly enjoyed living here. My Husband is a runner and the bike trail is a perfect place for him to run. We couldn't have picked a better place!"
