The best Salmon Salad with pepitas, crunchy tortilla strips, other vegetables with a nice creamy dressing--and consistently good and made fresh every time. The fish tacos are the best in town! Service is polite, place is clean and well maintained. Good sauces in the salsa bar. When we look for well priced and quality Mexican food, this place is our first choice in all of Folsom! "

It is generously portioned and always gets rave reviews. They are also very accommodating of my toddlers' food requests. "

The food was very tasty and the portions were extremely generous. I had received a lot of compliments on the quality of the food and the price can't be beat. I will be asking them to cater another event very soon. It's nice to have an event catered and not worry about there being enough food. You can't go wrong."

"My husband and I moved here from Dallas about 6 months ago - Dallas which is filled with Mexican restaurants - and this place is better than all of the ones I tried. I've been a vegetarian for over 10 years and I've never been to a Mexican restaurant that offered tofu as a substitute in any dish. The tofu enchiladas with verde sauce are so delicious. The people who work there seem genuinely nice."

We have a big family and we tried: Nachos, grilled shrimp burrito, caeser salad, ricon burrito, and almost all the salsas. Quality - very good. Great flavor, tender shrimp and chicken. Quantity - huge portions, everyone had leftovers. Price - Reasonable!! Staff - VERY friendly! Definitely give it a shot...they have something for everyone!"

There isn't anyplace around here nearly as good as El Rincon. The owner is awesome and his son has part of our order memorized (my husband is a fan of their carnitas). I always try something new and am never dissappointed....ever. So i'd suggest sticking with this place!!!!"

I've been a number of times and although it seems they are focusing on a "healthier" version of mexican food (lots of grilling), the food is very tasty and the service was very good. It seems to be family run and you can tell the owner's put their heart into the business."

I as a mexican have tried many foods from many different MEXICAN restaraunts and so far this one is the best. The food reminds me of real homemade mexican food thats full of flavor and makes you want seconds, but since the portions are good you are satisfied. The meat is tender and not dry like some other places. The menu has something for everyone even my little sister and niece (ages 11 and 5) whom are the pickiest eaters I know. They finish their meal and eat their veggies here, which is a great thing for parents."

I order the steamed veggie burrito and it is incredible. It is loaded with steamed fresh vegetables. The burritos are HUGE. I would highly recommend this restaurant to everyone is Folsom looking for authentic, fresh and great mexican food. 10+++++++!!!!!"
