dog grooming "My dog has been going to a Perfect Groom for over 4 yrs (since she was a puppy). They cut her great and I have tried one other groomer who didn't know how to cut a Havanese. Kim the owner is really good and she has never had her there for more than 3 hours (which is pretty typical of most groomers from what I have heard)"

No Way "Last couple of times I had my dog there for about 6 hours, mind you she was dropped off at 9 in the morning. When I picked her up she still had a couple of mats and her face wasn't clean. I'm disappointed since I've been taking her in for about a year and the service has been declining. "

worst service ever!
"Yesterday, I dropped my dog off requesting a wash and trim. After 4+ hrs. I called to see if he was done. No, bathed but not cut. Less than an hour later they call me asking if I wanted him cut. Did you not listen when I dropped him off? So I reiterated what I requested in the AM, bathe and cut, short without making him look funny (he's a long haired German Shepherd). Less than an hour later they call me telling me that he was done. When I picked him up I didn't even recognize him. His hair was maybe a half inch long...I WILL NEVER PAY THESE PEOPLE AGAIN. Be ware!!!"
