DISAPPOINTED IN THE EXPERIENCE
"We went for the first time last night at 7:30 and was very disappointed. The cinnabon was stale, the coffee was cold and we had to ask to have both heated in the microwave.
Service staff were not present in the serving area but continually going in the back.
I totally don't understand the hours. If I had a product as good as Cinnabon I would be marketing to the hotels and I would be in there early so those delicious smells would entice customers.
I go often to Enterprise to rent cars for business. I'm amazed that this store is not open when everyone is there to rent vehicles for the day.
In addition there was no friendly hello or good-bye. All in all a very disappointing experience."
