We were there for the Vortex soccer party at 2pm. I wanted to share my experience with you. I was impressed with your restaurant. I loved that the cooking took place behind doors, it made the environment in the dining area less stressful. Your pizza was terrific-the best I've had in Folsom! It looked and tasted like you cared about the end product. I could tell from your menu that you use quality ingredients. I could not help noticing that you care about what you serve and quality and value are at the top of your list. Even with something as simple as a pizza stand so you take up less table room was appreciated. I'll be back. I go to lunch a couple times a week and I will be trying your buffet soon. And I will be telling my friends about you ans bringing them by for lunch too! And I can hardly wait to try your version of a dessert pizza. Thanks for the recent online coupons, I'll be using them shortly! Congratulations on a fine product"

Everything went as planned they arrived on time and even brought some Cinnamon Rolls for FREE as dessert! Thanks to the staff at Ciros for the great lunch!"

On Both of our visits it seemed that the girls that worked there really didn't want to be working. The first time a girl in apron was sitting at a table reading a book, and not ever watching the cash register..... It took someone coming out of the kitchen and me asking could I get some help before the girl just ran into the kitchen, and someone else came out to take a order. the next visit had the place making us two pizza, but the mistakenly made the wrong size, instead of coming clean and telling my husband that it would be a additonal 45 minutes they just had him waiting, never asking if maybe we could wanted the mistake, which he would have. I really don't think that this place has a on site manager. We will never return, for all this trouble our bill for a small chesse and Med speciality pizza was 30 dollars, to much to pay for the trouble."

But they closed down Citrus Heights location and are trying to run Folsom location in the ground. The owners need to get back to the basics and start making the great pizza they are known for. And they need to hire good help and make sure the help and Ciro's is CLEAN! "

	2006/7/2 19:31:52 j s Rating: 1.0000 HORRIBLE SERVICE "i order food there they said it would take 45 minutes. an hour later i call and they say..oh... he just left. ok well 30 minutes after that they finally arive with the wrong order. the delivery guy leaves then we notice. i order there every 2 weeks and always get the same thing. so i call them to and ask to talk to a supervisor and i get passed around from like 5 differnet people and who said they were all managers.. ya 5 managers working at one time. then i finally talk to one guy tell him i waited 1 1/2 for my food and then he sayd the store owner will call me. no response or sorry i gave you the wrong food or we will fix it or anything so i wait for the owner to call me and does he of course not. so inever am ordering there again. they are over priced and rude."

I used a coupon and my pizza (without drinks) came to like $18.00!! Don't get me wrong, I don't mind spending the money, but the pizza I ordered was dry and and the sauce was kind of bland to be honest. Bottom-Line: So-So"

There really wasn't any staff visable and the girl that rang us up seemed very unhappy to be there. Otherwise flavor was very tasty!"

	2005/10/6 20:46:27 Ryan S Rating: 9.0000 Great Pizza especially for lunch "Ciro's has great pizza with fresh toppings that they never skimp on. I used to think the owner was a jerk, but as of late he has been very nice and the customer service has been great. I would go for the luch buffet because they are the only pizza place that doesn't give you their terrible cardboard pizza for the buffet. You get the same pizza that you would if you ordered it delivered at night. I gave it a 9 only because it's a little pricey, but it's worth it."
