Lost a cashmere Sweater
"They lost my cashmere sweater. I had the laundry tag and I had the sweater's receipt from Nortdstrom's. The sweater was only 4 months since purchased. I could not get the owner's who are in downtown Sacramento to return calls and pay for the lost sweater. They are a very shady company. I filed a small claims action and won and could not find a bank account to attach to.
Do not do business with these people."

Save On (now Save a Lot)
"I drove all the way across town because the guy on the phone told me that they could have my bedspread cleaned on Tuesday (this was Saturday). I needed it on Tuesday because I had company coming in that night. When I got there at 1:15, the door was locked and it said that they were out to lunch until 1:45. So, I went over to another store. I came back at 1:48 and still no one was there. I walked over to one of the neighboring stores, carrying this huge bedspread, and someone told me that the guy was sitting out in front of the sandwich shop. I walked over and heard three guys talking obscenities in front of the shop. They were all smoking and using foul language. I very politely asked if one of them was with the cleaners and one of the guys pointed to another one. I asked him if he was going to open up and he didn't even look at me while he said that his lunch wasn't over. I told him that I had been there at 12:48 and came back on time. He insisted he still had more time and never once looked at me. Finally, around 5 minutes later, he came over to the cleaners and unlocked the door. I told him that the spread needing cleaning and that there were stains on it. He said he didn't have any tape to mark it and I told him I really needed him to put a note on it, but he never did. I paid him $22.00 and left. When I came back on Tuesday, he said the spread wasn't ready until Wednesday. Again, he never looked at me, never apologized, nothing. I came back on Wednesday, he gave me the spread, and still said nothing, not a word to me. When I got home, the spread was still dirty in all the same places and now has a big lump in it. Do not use this cleaners. It will cost you in the long run."

Worst business ever!
"This is the worst business that I have ever worked with. First of all. when we droppe our clothes off on Saturday, he said it woule be ready after 4 on Tuesday and that they were opne until 7 on Tuesday. I let work and hour early to get there ontime as I work as a teacher in midtown Sacramento. I arrived at 6;30 PM and the store was closed/ I waited around until after 7:00. The store was closed. When my boyfriend took time off work at 2pm on Tuesday to pick up the clothes. the same guy"Cliff Robertson" said thart he was not working and did not know why the store was closed early. However when I called a half an hour later he told me that he left at 6:40 to catch the light rail. This is improbable as I was waiting outside from 6:30 on and he was not there, and we caught him in a lie saying to him that he was not the one working. Needless to say I am upset because both my boyfriend and myself had to take time off of work to deal with the situation and the "cliff robertson" guy working claimed that he had no information as to reach his owner of manager. We will NEVER go back there again!"

Did a very poor job with clothes
"I gave several clothes for laundry and pressing. They all came back just dry cleaned but not really cleaned. When I went back, the fellow wanted a receipt and the tag. Would not honor even though the clothes still had tags and on their hangers. Service was outride don't care a damn attitude.
Front desk argued to death on what he will and will not do.
Will not go back again to this cleaner."
